Observation notes: Large (3.5 inch wingspan) underwing-type moth, the underwing is bright red at the top, with black and orange bands, curvy shape. The upper wings are light gray with black and gray dots and lines. Light blue patches in the centers of each wing--note the top photo which is much closer to what the moth actually looks like color-wise
