Observation notes: Re-submitting now that I have a camera capable of taking identifiable shots of the specimens. 2 specimens collected at UV/MV lights in a marsh containing Phragmites. I managed to find another VA record of this moth on Bugguide that was misidentified as Nascia acutella:
