Observation notes: one of the few butterfly's that don't care if u shade them, they probably prefer it.lots of honey mesquite in the campground and in most of the washes in the desert. it crawls rather than fly when moving around on bush if disturbed it simply crawls deeper in bush on alkali golden bush, also hundreds of pigmy blues everywhere, salt bush everywhere also warm day 72-75 clear and sunny. if you want to know where to find butterflies watch the daily rain fall totals and give the flora a month to grow then head out.
