Coordinator notes: My thanks go to George Balogh who forwarded this picture to Brian Scholtens who identified the moth as Alpheioides parvulalis. There are no records for it in Missouri but it has been recorded in Oklahoma and Texas. This is a range extension to the northeast. Specimens should be collected and deposited in the Enns collection at the U of Missouri in Columbia.
