Observation notes: It's tiny (about the size of the tip of my pinky finger). They've been hanging around my lemon thyme for the last couple of weeks in "swarms" of about 20. I'm in Nampa Idaho. I've searche internet photos for "idaho butterflies" and "idaho moths" and haven't found anything that looks remotely like it. The moth (?) is mostly brown and the lighter areas on the photo are orange (not red).
